First thoughts about Maou:
honestly i was jumping up and down when i saw on Ohno_Daily that there's a link to the drama (though without subtitles)
so i decided to kill it for my self and watch it.
Top 10 highlights:
* seeing ohno's "spaced out look" turned to "evil look" is sooo amazing. i mean the gap between Ohno and his character is quite large, so its really amazing to see his acting.
* Ohno and Toma's chemistry with each other in the drama.
yess they look DEADLY..
* seeing Ohno cry, brought tears to my eyes. :'(
* Ohno's shower scene.. even though its brief and partly in the dark with lots of shadows
his muscles were still defined *drools*
* seeing Toma out of control. i mean.. he like screamed more than 20 times in the whole 1 episode.. imagine the whole drama.. poor Toma he'll probably lose his voice.
* Ohno's possible love interest is a psychic girl who looks pretty but i think is too young for Ohno's character.
* Ohno's past and Toma's past are intertwined together.. lol. oOo..
* Somewhere Over the Rainbow was turned into a "haunting past" theme song.
* Truth themesong: i totally misjudged this song. i mean whenever i hear Arashi songs, it makes me all genki and happy soo at first i didn't really think that Truth was fit for the theme song but in actuality when i heard it on the drama..i was like "well nica, you're stupid for thinking that it doesn't fit the theme of the drama!" because now everytime i hear the opening, it gives me chills. plus the lyrics also kinda foreshadows what will happen or might not yenno?
* The drama itself pulls you into the story, feels what ohno is going through, feels what Toma's past still haunts him till now, how hot both of them are in this drama..(simply incredible looking!!)

hmm.. my latest craze right now (aside from Arashi's new single Step&Go) is the series and soon to be movie (starring the dude that played Cedric Diggory in HP Goblet of Fire as the incredibly handsome guy).. Twilight. Its a book by Stephenie Meyer (one of my favourite fiction writers). so.. you might ask yourself..
why should i go crazy over a book? well.. first of all.. the book is farfetched from your average girl next door falling in love with the hottest dude in school.. its about a new girl, Bella Swan, who moved from Phoenix to Forks, Washington for her father and falls inlove with a (clearly described character)supernaturally handsome guy named Edward Cullen.. who turns out to be a vampire.so basically its a romantic thriller.. well.. i wouldn't say thriller because the book has a lot of things that makes it funny.. like.. Bella.. is clumsy; really clumsy that she's disabled.. and the vampire family is unhumanely gorgeous.. so your asking yourself what other things that makes me go crazy about this series?
It has, romance, action, mystery, comedy.. practically most of the genres squashed together with beautifully imagined characters that has a great story line. :) I might not convince you into reading this wonderful novel.. but please check out this site: www.stepheniemeyer.com .
